Can I bring a dead character back?
No. Death is permanent. Your account stays, and you can start a new character as a Civilian.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot your password?" under the login box and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I report a cheater?
Choose "Report a player" in the form and include their name and what happened.
How do I appeal a ban or a penalty?
Choose "Appeal a decision" within 14 days. One appeal per decision, and the owner's answer is final. See the Game Rules.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. Choose "Privacy request" and send it from the email on your account. See the Privacy Policy.
